Delivery and Returns Information
Please note that we cannot send perfume or aerosol products Internationally
Shipping to the UK is £4.60 then £1.00 for each additional item.
International shipping is £17.00 then £1.50 for each additional item.
We aim, that all products ordered before 3pm will be delivered using Royal Mail and First Class Couriers. All delivery outside the UK will be by 'Airsure' or 'International Signed For Postage' depending on which service your country accepts and delivery will be as soon as possible.

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase.... If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decide that you don't want it), you may return it and we will gladly credit your credit card, minus any shipping or handling charges. A standard handling fee of £20 shall be levied against goods returned that are found not to be faulty. If the contents of the package is not what you ordered... If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), please accept our apologies. We will accept full responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. Just follow the directions for returning the product. See condition of returns below.
Condition of Returns: Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know you wish to return part or all of your purchase. Explain the cause of the return. Be sure to include your name and address and the sales number from the packing slip included with your order. For undamaged items, they must be in the original box with all original packing materials, and any other materials that came with the item. The product must be received in PERFECT RESTOCKABLE CONDITION. We reserve the right to apply up to our replacement cost of the item if it is returned damaged as a result of improper packing. Please Pack Properly! For damaged items being returned, the packing policy above applies to prevent further damage. Seal the box using shipping tape, not masking or scotch tape. Make sure you remove any pre-existing labels or bar codes from the top of the box. When shipping the incorrect merchandise back to us, please use 1st Class Mail or registered Mail.
